Create Label

Navigate to the sample shipment to be sent and confirm the barcodes referenced in Slope match those included in the outgoing sample shipment. Once confirmed, click the "Actions" button in the top right corner and choose "Create Label" from the drop down list.

Choose "Create Label" from the drop down list.

A form will appear prompting you to enter shipment specifications such as dimensions, overall weight, and the amount of dry ice included (if applicable). The form will pre-populate with default specifications -- be sure to update this information to reflect the specifications of the shipper being used as this information will be used to generate the shipping label. Once the specifications have been updated, click 'Save' in the lower right corner.

Download Label

The next step is to generate the shipping label per the specifications entered in the previous step. The destination lab address and shipping method for each sample group have been configured per Sponsor specifications therefore there is no need for you to enter this information. To view and print the shipping label, click the "Actions" button in the upper right corner and choose "Download Label" from the drop down list.

Click "Download Label" from the drop down list generate the shipping label.

Print/Affix the Shipping Label to the Sample Shipment

Once you have downloaded the shipping label you will be redirected to another page containing a pdf copy of the shipping label to be printed. Verify the destination address and shipping timeline/method are correct per protocol and lab manual specifications. If a discrepancy is noted, click the support channel icon in the lower right corner to contact our team directly for assistance.

Recall Label and Remove Linked Tracking Information

If you generated the label by mistake and would like to remove the tracking number linked to the sample shipment, click "Actions" in the upper right corner and choose "Refund Label" from the drop down list.
