As sites experience low inventory and expiration alerts, your Sponsor account will aggregate and organize these alerts into a high-level dashboard. You can click on the "Alerts" link in the left sidebar to access all of the alerts from all of your protocols. Sponsors have an additional alert type for stock in their depots that will expire soon.

When you navigate to a protocol or protocol site view, you'll see an "Alerts" tab shown if alerts are active. This tab will be hidden when the alert states are cleared.

Low inventory alerts

When the quantity of "ready" items drops below the set threshold, a low inventory alert is generated at a site. The Sponsor dashboard collects these alerts and groups them by protocol, inventory template, and site.

Expiring inventory alerts

When an expiration date has been provided for an item (or set by a site) and that date will fall within the next 30 days, an expiring inventory alert is generated at the site. Our expiration check process runs every midnight EST. The Sponsor dashboard collects these alerts and groups them by protocol, inventory template, and site.

Expiring stock alerts

When an expiration date has been provided for a stock in a depot and that date will fall within the next 30 days, an expiring stock alert is generated. Our expiration check  process runs every midnight EST. The Sponsor dashboard collects these alerts and groups them by protocol, inventory template, and site.
