In the wee hours of Monday EST, our system will automatically send an email to every team member who has an inventory alert for workspaces they have access to. Our emails provide a quick way to view actionable information for any inventory that is expiring within the next 30 days or below it's low inventory alert threshold. The update also includes a summary update on inventory usage for your site.
Who gets the emails?
If you have a site admin role, you will receive an email containing information for all active workspaces and inventories tracked on their site. Users with site staff roles will receive an email containing information on showing workspaces they been granted access to. So if Jane is assigned to trials A, B, C, & D, she will receive inventory updates on those four trials each Monday. However, if David is only assigned to trials A and B, he will only get notifications about those two trials.
What's in the emails?
If you are connected to workspaces (clinical trials or supply groups) that have items that will expire in the next 30 days, you'll see a section called Upcoming expirations that details a shortlist of items expiring soon. Clicking any of these links will take you to the corresponding workspace, inventory, or item.
If you have set low inventory alert thresholds and items you are connected to are triggering them, you'll see another section called Low inventory alerts that details which inventories are running low. In addition to the workspace name, the current ready quantity and alert level are shown.
At the bottom of the email there is a big button that will take you directly to your site dashboard. There's also an unsubscribe link at the very bottom, which will opt you out of receiving these inventory alert emails from our system:
